kieslowski nin son projesidir, hayata geçirilen tabii. senarist olarak görev almıştır ve yine sevenlerine şahane bir öykü sunmuştur. cate le giovanni nin oyunculukları ise çok iyi. film konusuyla dikkate değer. ve kieslowski yine insana dair sorgulamalarını anlatmış seyirciye. filmin kahramanı philippa nın söylediği şu cümle çok etkileyicidir: "inancımı yitirdim. sağduyuya, adalete, hayata." adaleti kendisi sağlamak için yola çıkmış birinin ağzından çıkabilecek en acı sözlerdir herhalde.
