- vs albümünden pearl jam'in en uzun isimli şarkısı. pearl jam'in bütün albümlerini, şarkılarını yalamış yutmuş biri değilim ama bu şarkının en güzel şarkıları olduğunu söyleyebilirim cahil cesaretiyle. black'i saymıyorum bak, o şarkı değil, ayrı bir şey.
eddie vedder'e göre; şarkı küçük bir kasabaya sıkışmış kalmış yaşlı bir kadın hakkında. bu kadın daha sonra eski bir tanıdığını görüp ismini hatırlamaya çalışıyor, daha sonra kim olduğunu fark etse de selam veremiyor utandığından.*
bense bu şarkının platonik bir aşkı anlattığını iddia etmeye devam edeceğim, vedder gelip "olm salak mısın sen?" falan dese bile. öyle bence kimse kusura bakmasın.
