blues-rock-boogie türünde müzik yapan oldukça eski bir grup, zira 1965 yılında kurulmuşlardır. on the road again, going up the country, big road blues ve let's work together gibi hoş şarkılara imza atmışlardır..

60 ların en önemli blues gruplarından biridir.jim morrisonun en sevdigi gruplar arasındadır.vokali fiziksel açıdan balinaya benzemektedir ve ilginctir ki fare viyklemesi gibi tiz bir sesi vardır.

60'ların unutulmaz blues gruplarından biridir. lakin vokaldeki o ses... nedir abicim o öyle. kız sesi desem değil, kedi miyavlaması desem değil. nerden çıkarıyor o sesi anlamış değilim. yine de sevdirir kendini.

60'larda bayağı popüler olmuş amerikalı blues rock grubu. jim morrison'ın favorilerinden birisidir. vokallerinde 200 kiloluk "little mickey hart" vardır.

on the road again gibi bir şarkıyı yapmış olmaları bile cennetin yarısının kendilerine verilme sebebi olabilir. mickey hart'ın vokali bu şarkıda aşar.
